Monthly service rotates your yellow and green bins across alternate visits. Your red bin is done every visit. Other frequencies and a Bring-Out-Bring-In service are available, just ask.

asked questions.

Do I still need to put my own bins out?
Yes, exactly as you always do. We attend after the council contractor has emptied them. If you have difficulty moving your bins, ask about our Bring-Out-Bring-In service. Just let us know when you submit your enquiry.
Do you come onto my property?
Generally no. We leave them upright at your property edge with the lids closed. The only exception is if you've asked for Bring-Out-Bring-In.
Do you need my water or power?
No. We bring our own.
Are the products safe for pets, children and the environment?
Yes. Everything we use is biodegradable and safe for pets, children and the environment. Wastewater is disposed of responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
What if I forget to put my bins out?
We'll contact you and arrange a time to come back. If we can't make one work, we won't charge you for that service. Our window is up to 6:00pm on collection day.
What if you miss a visit?
We'll let you know and arrange to come back, or we won't charge you. You are never charged for a service we don't perform.
How do I pay, and when does billing start?
EFT or credit card, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your details. Your first payment comes after your first service. No cash.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in, no minimum term, no exit fees. Cancel or pause anytime with 2 business days' notice.
What areas do you cover?
The Georges River and Bayside council areas. If you're just outside, enquire anyway and we'll let you know when we reach your street.
How many bins are covered?
Up to 2 bins per service. More than that, or something bespoke, and we'll quote it. Just let us know when you submit your enquiry.
