1. Information we collect

We only collect information we need to provide our service. This may include:

• Your service address
• Your contact details, phone and email
• Your property type, house, apartment or unit, or commercial
• Your bin collection day and service history
• Any comments, requests or enquiries you send us
• Payment-related confirmation, see section 4

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, racial or political information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

2. How we collect your information

We collect information directly from you, when you complete an enquiry or sign-up form on our website, call or email us, or communicate with us about your service.

Where our website uses a third-party address-lookup feature, for example Google Places, your use of that feature is also subject to that provider's terms.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and confirm whether we can service your area
• Schedule, deliver and confirm your services, including reminders and job-completion messages
• Arrange billing through our payment provider
• Keep you on a waitlist, with your consent, if you are outside our current service area
• Respond to your questions and improve our service

4. Payment information

We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account details. All payments are handled securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, who collect your details directly through their own secure systems.

We receive confirmation of payment only. Your payment information is subject to their privacy terms.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with secure service providers who help us operate, such as:

• Our payment provider, Stripe
• Our accounting software, Xero
• Our job-management platform, ServiceM8, once engaged, to schedule and manage your service

6. Storing and keeping your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at hello@strictlybins.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
